J&J Communications expand with the UK Government backed apprenticeship scheme.

In partnership with leading IT training company Firebrand, J&J communications have taken on an apprentice taking advantage of the new government backed scheme.

The intensive 12-month Advanced IT Apprenticeship provides award-winning industry training and certifications, valuable work experience and offers on-going support, all with the ultimate goal of securing a long-term career within J&J Communications. During the program, our partner Firebrand provide five residential weeks of intensive training at our state-of-the-art training centre as well as supporting, assessing and guiding our apprentice with their development whilst in the workplace.

J&J Communications win UK&I support contract.

J&J Communications have secured a major new contract to support multiple sites across the UK and Ireland for hardware replacement and engineer to site. The contract is a completely "white labeled" service on behalf of a European business partner, that allows for fixed SLA's and qualified engineers to be dispatched with a replacement part if required.

The service was completely tailored to suit the client's needs and involves regular quarterly service management reviews and flexible contract additions, changes and removal so co-termination is not a problem.

 

 

 

J&J Communications retained to deliver Technical Floorwalkers.


Following a 5 week engagement at the beginning of 2014 of a team of 8 x floor walkers to assist with the migration of over 500 users to a new telephony platform for a well known global banking corporation, J&J Communications has just provided the same level of services into the second call centre migration; again this involved a team of 8 x technical floorwalkers providing a range of services from pre migration testing, migration support and post migration support.

There are a further 8 large call centres to migrate throughout the remainder of the year across the UK and India, totalling approximately 7000 end users. By the time all of these locations have been migrated the entire engagement will be in excess of over 1000 man days supplied.
